You can now change the way the Finder displays the date in windows of the Finder. Many users find that the default display format takes too much room. To change the format, simply select the Change Time Date Format menu item from the Misc. Changes menu. Then click on the radio button that corresponds to the format that you prefer. To store your changes, click on the OK button.
